Conditions for Returns:

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • We're unable to accept returns of damaged or used goods.
  • Ensure that the original packaging is intact, including any product-specific information.
  • Certain items, such as gift-cards, perishables and toiletries, are not eligible for return.

  3. Please take care to pack the items securely, especially if they're fragile, and use our designated shipping partners for returns.

Please note that customer needs to pay for the postage for the returned goods. This shipping cost of the returning goods will not be compensated.

Refunds:
