RIGHTS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

 

Return policy

You can familiarize yourself with the ordered goods in a relaxed atmosphere and make sure that you are sure that you like them and they are suitable. According to the policy of our online store, the period for returning the ordered goods is 14 days. All refunds must be agreed with us in advance. In order to be entitled to recover the returned goods, the goods must be in its original condition and packed in the original packaging. We are not required to return or replace goods that are damaged or used. The original packaging corresponds specifically to the according products and include explanatory images / texts / instructions for use, as well as protection for easily damaging goods. The original packaging does not include shipping containers that do not belong to a specific product, and the purpose of which is only to provide additional protection to the product during transport.

Not all products can be returned. Perishable products, such as food, can not be returned. We do not accept toiletries and cosmetics for return, either.

Other products for which the refund policy does not apply:

-Gift cards
-Goods purchased at a discount

Only goods purchased at regular prices can be returned. Unfortunately, goods with a discount can not be returned.

 

Returns of goods

If you want to return goods / goods, proceed as follows:

You will receive written instructions from the customer service on how to return. Please note that when you return the goods you will need to pay the postage for the returned goods. The shipping cost will not compensated. If the parcel with the returned goods is lost, Nord Blvd is not responsible for the work on finding the lost cargo. Remember that you need to keep checks on the return of goods until the returned goods have arrived at our warehouse. If the returned goods disappear on their way, and there is no receipt confirming the return, the returned goods are under the responsibility of the sender. The receipt confirms that you have transferred the goods for transportation, which transfers the responsibility to the transport company. If you are shipping a valuable cargo, you need to consider the need for a tracked delivery by shipping code or by purchasing an insurance policy for delivery by mail. We can not guarantee the receival of the returned goods.

Pack the goods neatly, especially if the goods are easily damaged, preferably in the packaging in which they arrived. If the returned goods were poorly packaged and, as a result, were damaged, we do not refund the money for the goods.

Non-receival of goods is not grounds for refund. If the goods are not received, all relevant postal and other expenses will be exposed to the customer before returning money for the goods. Upon re-sending the goods not received by the customer, there will be new postage costs.

Please note that after five (5) returns, we, unfortunately, will no longer send parcels to such customers.

 

Refunds

After the returned goods are received and verified, we will send you an email confirming that we received the returned goods. A refund of the relevant amount will be made within few days to your credit card or the method of payment that you used. If you return an order made with a gift card, we return the money back to that gift card, and you will be able to use the credit on the gift card for the next order. A gift card can not be exchanged for money. If you return a product that you purchased using a discount code, this code will no longer be active.

 

Exchange

If you want to exchange the ordered goods for another, you will need to make a new order. The replaced product will be returned using the instructions above. Delivery costs will be charged for the new order.

 

Troubleshooting

Sometimes, unfortunately, it may happen that the goods delivered by us are incorrect, defective or damaged. If you need to replace an incorrect product, send us an email to the email address hello@nordblvd.com

If upon receival of the goods you notice damage to the goods received during shipment, please make a damage claim immediately at the place of receipt of the goods and inform us, in turn, to the e-mail address hello@nordblvd.com to receive an exchange or refund. Notification of the delivery of a wrong product or a defect of the goods must be made within 14 days after receival of the goods. We will replace the wrong product as much as possible with the correct product or exchange it for another product at your request. If the parcel was damaged during delivery, you need to make an appeal at the post office when receiving the package or getting the delivery to the house.

 

PAYMENTS

Payment in the online store Nord Blvd is easy and safe. During the payment transaction, the payment card and personal data are always processed through a secure SSL network connection.

In our online store you can make purchases with all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Payment service provider

The payment service is provided by Checkout Finland Oy (IN 2196606-6). For the user the service works in the same way as traditional online payment services.

Checkout Finland Oy is the leading online payment service provider in Finland, which provides consumers with secure payment transactions.

The price of the product is visible at the order stage. The costs associated with the place of delivery are added to the order when  the location of delivery is known. All prices in the Nord Blvd online store are quoted in euros (EUR) and include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to correct technical and human errors.

Deliveries outside the EU are without VAT (0%). It is important to note that customs duties, taxes and other charges might be applied in accordance with the destination and might be collected from the client during the delivery period. Nord Blvd is not responsible for these costs. Delivered order – it is the same as successfully delivered order of Nord Blvd. Sales become binding when we receive a payment and send the order to the customer. The online store Nord Blvd reserves the right to reject orders at its own discretion, for example, if there is a clear price error in the product information. Payment must be received before receiving the order. The Nord Blvd online store stores order information. As a sign of successful order, we will send an email with customer confirmation, which can also be printed out as needed.

GIFT CARDS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Gift cards will not be exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be used to buy goods at full price and at a discount.

Discount codes can not be combined with other offers or discounts. If the goods purchased with the gift card are returned, the amount will be returned to the gift card. Each discount code can only be used once.
